The UDS beach resort located on the beach front at Kovalam, one of India prominent tourist destination, 15 km from Thiruvanantapuram at Kerala. The site was also blessed by a backwater on its nothern front.
The 155 room spread ove 4 acres resort is conceptualising a mix of contemporary and local architectural styles. The terakota thatched roof buliding surfaces and predominant use of wood bring in the earthern feel blending with the surrounding. The angular sit-out to every guest room ensures a beach view to most of the rooms.
