Associated Architects was founded in 1988 by architect Mahesh Khanolkar along with his batch mates and later joined by associates, architects and others in various capacities who contributed to the success  that has come till date.

In these growing years, we have always believed that architecture is a process of combining human habitation with creative art. Our designs emphasize on adapting relevant technology at the relevant time and whether big or small, it has been our constant attempt to hold ourselves accountable to what we build!

We claim experience and exposure to many architectural types, from housing, hospitality, industrial and commercial to premium and low-cost project demands. Though this has made us feel complete as an architectural consultancy services, we find ourselves learning at every stage of professional life. As an organization it has been our habit to reflect upon our past experiences and look forward to better creations. We realize that it is more important to think of design as a process than as a product and yet strive to fill our buildings with dynamic spaces portraying action once they are built!
