Located on a busy junction of Calangute with a lengthwise exposure towards the street with a goan church & other typical goan structures. The built mass was perforated strategically to give exposure to the existing hotel block at the rear. A blend of goan architectural features and voluminous modern spaces co-exist in different hierarchies. Domes sloping roofs, trusses, arcades and terraces together form a dominating streetscape.
The central atrium is the interactive core with all spaces converging into it with informality as its main character.
