Located at Borivali in a thickly populated western suburbs of Mumbai, the design was conceived with a strong inclination towards the victorian style of architecture. This was a deviation from the glass & steel modernity, predominant with the mall architecture in India. The entrance atrium in circular form convulges into a glass dome at the top with a Victorian pinnacle. This gives the Victorian experience in a modern format. The shopping activity spreads around this atrium and is visible from the street.
