An SRA project in the heart of western suburbs of Mumbai on the Link road which is a major arterial connection . The development entails 20000 sq.mts of rehabilitation and 15000 sq.mts of commercial. The 36mts wide Link road connects almost all major locations of the western suburbs.The rehab building is planned on the rear, thereby offering frontage to the commercial development. It has a central open court around which the tenements are planned.
The commercial structure stands slender at its position representing the contemporary look. The design concept is based on the principal of “Zig Zag stacking ” for each set of 7 levels. Part of the 1st stack is scooped out to form the septaheighted entrance porch & atrium. Alternating concrete and glass masses create contrast of solid & fragile.
