Located in Kankavli in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra, the institutional complex spreads over 32 acres comprising of admin college building, library block, multipurpose hall, club house girls & boys hostel blocks dairy college and a helipad.

The design concept employs architectural roof scapes of the Konkan region with modern planning principles. The main courtyards which connects to classroom zone.

The bright skin of the building stands prominent against the natural settings on one hand, while the green and terrakota roof colurs merge with it on the other. The dressed basalt stone cladding gives an earthen feel to the otherwise modernistic architecture of the campus.
