Located in the Sindhudurg district of Maharashtra in a highly tropical zone, the villa stands against a virgin beach of Chivla. The design concept was dominated by the CRZ regulation and the orientation , with all the spaces having the stunning bay – view. The thatch and the uppermost pitch roofscape merges with the surrounding locale.
