The 25 acres residential zone in the SEZ at Nagpur was with a brief to propose a unique township of an Iconic status. The concept was to create a highend living with designed landscapes and amenities of international standards.
The design was evolved with a central waterbody around which the buildings spread achieving softness despite density. This feeling is further reinforced by the smooth wave patterns and curvilinear forms of the buildings. The high end living proposes a vehicle free landscaped podium around the water body. The over all combination of spaces and landscape lead to an iconic living experience.
